Dark and Light Press Release/Apology
According to this press release over at Joystiq, Dark and Light hasn't performed up to expectations. So the company behind the game is offering three months of free play while they fix all the problems. You still have to buy the game if you haven't already ($40), but the next three months will not be billed.

Man, those screens are terrible.
They should pay people to play that game if it looks like that.

yeah the videos were even worse.....on paper this game was looking great, including the weather fx....but implementation was horrible....too bad
